Each church is responsible for ensuring that their site at Lardner Park is left adequately clean.
All sites are to be left as they were found
Rubbish bins for each site will be available. Extra rubbish can go in the skips around the venue. NOTE: Rubbish removal is becoming an expensive part of SYG – the bins provided are not for large objects (waterlogged carpet, broken tents etc.) Ultimately, costs such as these add to your registration costs.
All equipment brought by each church is to be removed from each site
All spare wood is to be removed.
Ash is not to be placed in the plastic bins. Cold ash can be placed in the skip behind the Baw Baw pavilion and hot ash beside the skip.
Site signs are to be returned to the grey container near Ballarat Family’s site.
